# Claude plugins

> Install the Claude Code plugin and verify CLI availability and workspace authorization.

[Human guide: work with your agent →](https://deepline.com/docs/human/claude-plugins.md)

Install the Deepline plugin, then verify that Claude Code can use the CLI in
the intended workspace. Installation and authorization are separate checks.

## 1. Install through Claude Code

Run these commands in Claude Code's command interface:

```text theme={"languages":{"custom":["/languages/deepline-prompt.json"]}}
/plugin marketplace add getaero-io/deepline-plugins
/plugin install deepline@deepline
/reload-plugins
```

These are Claude Code commands, not terminal commands. See
[Claude Code's plugin instructions](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/discover-plugins)
if its interface differs from your installed version.

## 2. Let the skill complete CLI setup

Invoke the quickstart skill:

```text theme={"languages":{"custom":["/languages/deepline-prompt.json"]}}
/deepline-quickstart
```

Follow the returned setup steps. Complete browser authorization for the
workspace you intend to use. Keep the same working folder during verification.

## 3. Verify installation and authorization separately

Ask Claude to run:

```bash theme={"languages":{"custom":["/languages/deepline-prompt.json"]}}
command -v deepline
deepline --version
deepline auth status --json
```

The first commands check CLI availability. The last checks effective
authorization. A version string does not prove workspace access.

> [!TIP]
>
> The CLI runs, and authorization identifies the intended workspace. If setup
> remains pending, finish that flow before starting another one.

Use `deepline doctor --json` when setup fails. Ask Claude to explain the
reported next action before changing the installation.
