# Crunchbase: Get Investment Card

> Get the funding round, investor, company, or partner behind one investment by its ID. Includes inputs, outputs, SDK V2 examples, and Deepline cost.

Get the funding round, investor, company, or partner behind one investment by its ID.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Tool ID: `crunchbase_get_investment_card`

## Run this action

Use the TypeScript SDK for one call. Use `ctx.tools.execute(...)` inside a Play for durable calls, scheduled calls, or CSV processing.

```ts theme={"languages":{"custom":["/languages/deepline-prompt.json"]}}
import { Deepline } from 'deepline';
const deepline = await Deepline.connect();
const result = await deepline.tools.execute(
  'crunchbase_get_investment_card',
  {
    "entity_id": "entity_123",
    "card_id": "funding_round"
  },
);
console.log(result.toolResponse.raw);
```

### CLI

```bash theme={"languages":{"custom":["/languages/deepline-prompt.json"]}}
deepline tools execute crunchbase_get_investment_card --input '{
  "entity_id": "entity_123",
  "card_id": "funding_round"
}' --json
```

## Example response

The static output schema lacks the details for a reliable example. Use `deepline describe crunchbase_get_investment_card --json` for the complete live contract.
