# Intercom: Create Article

> Create a Help Center article in Intercom with a title, body, author and collection. Includes inputs, outputs, SDK V2 examples, and Deepline cost.

Create a Help Center article in Intercom with a title, body, author and collection.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Tool ID: `intercom_create_article`

## Run this action

Use the TypeScript SDK for one call. Use `ctx.tools.execute(...)` inside a Play for durable calls, scheduled calls, or CSV processing.

```ts theme={"languages":{"custom":["/languages/deepline-prompt.json"]}}
import { Deepline } from 'deepline';
const deepline = await Deepline.connect();
const result = await deepline.tools.execute(
  'intercom_create_article',
  {
    "title": "VP of Engineering",
    "author_id": 123
  },
);
console.log(result.toolResponse.raw);
```

### CLI

```bash theme={"languages":{"custom":["/languages/deepline-prompt.json"]}}
deepline tools execute intercom_create_article --input '{
  "title": "VP of Engineering",
  "author_id": 123
}' --json
```

## Example response

The SDK returns this shape at `result.toolResponse.raw`. The example values illustrate the response.

```json theme={"languages":{"custom":["/languages/deepline-prompt.json"]}}
{
  "data": {
    "type": "article",
    "id": "id_123",
    "workspace_id": "workspace_123"
  }
}
```

Use `deepline describe intercom_create_article --json` for the latest machine-readable contract.
